And what if we run out of time?

Once your session time is up, you only pay for the additional time you actually use: €20.00 for each additional 10 minutes.


This gives you complete control while ensuring you get exactly the time you need, without interruption.

Fees and Payment

Payment is due immediately after the session, by cash or card. You will, of course, receive an invoice. As this is a private practice, treatment is generally paid for out of pocket. Private health insurance and supplemental insurance may reimburse some or all psychotherapy services in accordance with the German fee schedule for alternative practitioners (GebüH). Please check directly with your insurer. Under certain circumstances, people with statutory health insurance may apply for reimbursement if no timely appointment is available with a psychotherapist accredited by the statutory health insurance system. Psychotherapy costs may, where applicable, be claimed as an extraordinary tax burden. Please consult your tax advisor.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees

Appointments are binding. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the session fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend, will incur the full fee. As demand for therapy appointments is high, appointments cancelled at short notice cannot be rebooked.

Confidentiality

As a psychologist and alternative practitioner for psychotherapy, I am bound by the statutory duty of confidentiality under Section 203 of the German Criminal Code (StGB).

All conversations and personal information are treated in strict confidence.
